These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of augmind.ai (the "Site"), operated by AugMind, LLC ("AugMind," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site describes AugMind's digital marketing performance, revenue optimization and AI consulting services, and lets you request a consultation. It is intended for businesses and for people acting on behalf of a business.

2. Information, Not Advice

Content on the Site is general information about our services and approach. It is not legal, financial, tax or accounting advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Any engagement with AugMind begins only when both parties sign a written agreement, and that agreement, not the Site, sets out the scope, price and terms of the work.

3. Consultations

A free consultation is an informational conversation. It creates no obligation for you or for AugMind, and nothing said in it is a binding offer. Fees, deliverables and commitments are set only in a written quote and signed agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in a way that breaks any law or regulation.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems.

  • Interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malicious code.

  • Scrape, copy or harvest content or contact details from the Site by automated means.

  • Submit false information or impersonate any person or company.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the AugMind name and the names of our methods, are owned by AugMind or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business reference. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

6. Information You Submit

When you submit information through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services, such as scheduling tools and social networks. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, AugMind disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AugMind and its members, partners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This section does not limit any rights or remedies set out in a signed client agreement.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AugMind from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date above will be updated. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless a signed client agreement says otherwise.
