A Steady Rhythm
Weekly checks. A monthly record. A quarterly review. A yearly refresh of your Roadmap. You always know what was done, what it cost and what comes next.
Your Monthly Record
Every month you receive a record of the work delivered, the money spent and the results observed in your own records. Platform-attributed results are included and clearly labeled. Exact and uncertain links are kept apart, missing records are named and next month's work is listed. An outside reviewer checks the record before it goes out, and it is signed by your engagement lead and by you.
Written Limits, Always
We get your written approval before any change to spend, bids or audiences beyond the limits you set. Each month we recheck tracking, consent and the claims in your ads, and watch for platform policy changes. Email follow-up follows the FTC's CAN-SPAM rules.
Each Quarter, You Decide
Every quarter we review results with you, and you decide whether to continue, adjust, expand or close. Before any refreshed figure is trusted, it passes a set of data checks for completeness, duplicates and matching. We add a platform or service only when the current ones are stable.
How It Is Priced
A monthly fee for only the services you choose, under its own agreement, reviewed with you every quarter. Never required. Your accounts and data stay yours, even if you decide to stop.
