Implement: Build It and Prove It Works
We build the tracking, tests and changes in accounts that stay yours. A partner leads the work, and an outside reviewer checks it before you see it. Phase two of three: Discover, Implement, Run.
What Has to Be in Place First
Your signed Roadmap and an Implement statement of work.
The access you grant on each platform, kept separate from what the contract allows us to do.
The claims your ads will make, with your evidence for each, and the creative you have cleared to run.
Your spend limits, and the changes we may make without asking.
A named tester on your side who checks the result before you accept it.
The Work
We check scope, access and permissions, and save a fixed copy of what we start from. Then we work through the Roadmap: correcting anything that breaks platform policy, repairing or installing tracking and data connections, simplifying account structure, refreshing creative and setting up the tests the plan names. For a company with nothing set up yet, Implement builds it from the ground up.
Tested, Not Just Planned
A planned test is not a pass. We record what we expect and what actually happens, then test for the problems that quietly break results: incomplete records or access, conflicting customer details, duplicate events, missing permissions, AI or cause-and-effect claims that can't be supported, failed connections and spend limits that don't hold.
What You Receive
The working result and its evidence: what was built, the tests it passed, every change made and any open issues.
Run instructions: who operates it, how to start and stop it safely, how to check it and how to recover if something breaks.
An operating handover: who owns it day to day, who covers an absence, and the budget and authority limits.
Your Decision
An outside reviewer runs a readiness check, and then you decide whether to accept it. Run starts only after you do.
How It Is Priced
Implement is priced in your Roadmap, in writing, before work starts. If the scope changes, you get a new written quote before any extra work begins.
