Every engagement starts here. We check every ad-platform claim against your own sales records and hand you a findings report with what we recommend. Phase one of three: Discover, Implement, Run.

Agreeing on the Question

Discover begins with a signed agreement that spells out the question to answer, the data sources, the time period, what you will receive and what is excluded. We also name the people involved on your side: a sponsor who makes the decisions, a data owner who supplies records and a sales contact who explains how a lead becomes a sale.

What Happens During Discover

  1. We agree on the question and the plan for the data.

  2. We save a fixed copy of your data, so the numbers can't shift while we work.

  3. We agree with you on definitions, such as what counts as a qualified lead.

  4. We run the audit and match your leads to your sales records.

  5. We rank the options.

  6. We write your Roadmap.

  7. An outside reviewer who did not do the work rechecks the findings and the Roadmap.

  8. A partner presents both to you.

What Discover Does Not Do

Discover is read-only. We do not change your accounts or campaigns, publish anything, send customer data to an ad platform or contact your customers.

Extra Care for Regulated Industries

If you advertise housing, employment, credit or other financial products, or health services, the ad platforms apply stricter rules. We identify this at the start and add the extra steps those rules call for.

What You Receive

  • A decision brief: your starting point, the problems we found and the evidence for each, your options and our recommendation.

  • Definitions and sources: where each figure comes from, the rules and time windows used, and totals a reviewer can reproduce. Exact, probable and unmatched records are kept separate.

  • A Roadmap: the plan that sets the scope and price of Implement and Run.

  • A review record: what the outside reviewer checked and the questions answered at the presentation.

Your Decision

Discover ends when you accept the findings, or tell us in writing what is missing, and decide on the Roadmap. Nothing moves into Implement until you sign it.
