The Digital Marketing Audit

Your ad platforms, your analytics and your sales records each tell their own version of the story. The Digital Marketing Audit lines them up, checks every claim against your own sales records and shows you what your advertising is really returning.

Who It Is For

Established companies that already advertise and want to know what the money is producing. It fits best when sales hears that the leads are great while the pipeline says otherwise, or when leadership wants a straight answer before raising or cutting a budget.

What We Check

The audit covers nine areas. Most use the ad platforms' and search engines' own diagnostic tools, so the findings rest on the platforms' published rules rather than on our opinion.

  • Your website: how fast and easy to use it is for real visitors.

  • Search: whether Google can find and show your pages, and whether any penalties apply.

  • Tracking: whether the tags on your site work, and whether any are duplicated.

  • Consent and notice: whether visitors' privacy choices are passed on, and whether your site gives the notices the platforms require.

  • The data link: whether your sales results reach the ad platforms, by what route, and how well they match.

  • Ad accounts: each platform's own account score and recommendations.

  • Attribution: which rule gives credit for a sale, and which time windows are in use.

  • The sales match: your leads matched to your sales records, using written rules you approve.

  • Advertising rules: whether the claims in your ads have evidence behind them and endorsements are properly disclosed. This is a practical check, not legal advice.

How It Works

We start by agreeing on the question you want answered and the data needed to answer it. You give us read-only exports, so nothing in your accounts changes during the audit. We save a fixed copy of what we receive, agree on definitions with you, such as what counts as a qualified lead, then run the checks and rank what we find.

Before you see anything, an outside reviewer who did not do the work rechecks the figures. Then a partner walks you through the results, in person or by video.

What You Receive

  • A decision brief: your starting point, the problems we found and the evidence for each, your options and our recommendation.

  • Definitions and sources: where every figure comes from and the rules behind it, so a reviewer can reproduce the totals.

  • A Roadmap: what to fix and build, in what order, with your ad budget and our fee shown separately and clear limits on what we may change without asking.

You then decide what happens next: continue, look deeper, change the scope or stop.

How It Is Priced

The audit is the heart of our Discover phase and is priced as one fixed fee, quoted in writing before work begins. No hourly billing.
