Approve the Plan
Discover ends with a plan that spells out the work and what it costs. You decide whether to go ahead. Nothing launches until you sign.
What Your Roadmap Includes
Strategy: your goals, your audience and your message.
Selected scope: the platforms and services chosen, with quantities.
Resource plan: who staffs the work, by role and by name.
Schedule: the order of the work and what depends on what.
Commercial schedule: your advertising budget and our fee, shown separately.
Acceptance and quality: what counts as done, and the tests each result must pass.
Authority and access: what we may change without asking, and what stays with you.
Data-flow schedule: which data moves where and when, who sees it and how long it is kept.
Run, support and continuity: who operates after launch, who covers an absence and what happens if you stop.
Your approval: the plan takes effect only when you sign it.
Your Budget and Our Fee, Kept Apart
Your ad budget goes to the platforms at cost. We never mark up ad spend, and our fee is always shown separately, in the plan and on every invoice.
Tests With Realistic Timelines
The plan names what will be tested in the first quarter and for how long. Some answers take time: Google, for example, recommends letting an experiment run at least four to six weeks when results are not yet clear.
You Decide
Go ahead, change the plan or stop. If you go ahead, the Implement work is priced exactly as the plan shows, and any change in scope comes with a new written quote first.
